The calendar volunteers will be on vacation from 1/9-3/6.
Help our Georgia partners send absentee ballot request forms to Democratic leaning voters for the Senate runoff. Boosting turnout will be critical to winning these elections.
Sign up for this event to get the pickup location for your packet of 25 letters. The packets should be ready by Saturday, December 5. I will let you know if they are ready before then. You’ll receive detailed instructions, pre-printed customizable letters, absentee ballot request forms and return envelopes addressed to the local board of elections. After personalizing, addressing and stamping the letters, drop them in the mailbox, by December 8th if possible, so that your letter recipients will have ample time to receive and return their ballots before Election Day on January 5th. Our letters increase their probability of applying to vote by mail and voting!
The cost of each packet is $35, to reimburse the host for printed materials, envelopes and two first-class stamps per addressee (one for the outer envelope, one for the inner envelope which is pre-addressed to the supervisor of elections in Fulton County (Atlanta).
If you have underlying health conditions or other risk factors, please ask a friend to pick up your packets for you. We may be able to drop them off at your home; ask if you need that.
Please tell your family, friends, neighbors and colleagues about this effort, and encourage them to sign up as well. Thanks!
A final note: If you don’t receive an email confirming your RSVP, you can still find the information you need by checking “My Volunteer Schedule.” (Instructions [here](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kCVbAJ8BSO5InlZcz-CDCbs5gblUp8KTs3ATC457_W4/edit?usp=sharing).
